6 Week Mindful-Self Compassion Online Course + half day retreat
Mindful Self-Compassion is being able to treat ourselves as we would a loved one when we are experiencing difficulties and stress. It helps us to build inner strength, develop emotional resilience and to thrive. Through MSC we become better able to care for ourselves, enabling us to function with much more ease when we face life’s challenges….it is the foundation of emotional healing.
Dates: Wednesday 15th June – Wednesday 20th July 2022 (Retreat half day 16th July 9.30am-2.00pm)

Based on the rapidly expanding research of Dr Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Dr Christopher Germer, MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable us to respond to difficult moments in our lives with kindness, care and understanding. No experience of meditation is needed.
Course facilitators: Jill is a Registered Dietitian and a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher in training, with over 30 years’ experience of facilitating groups in the field of health and wellbeing. She has experienced for herself, the benefits of daily Mindful Self-Compassion practice, and would now like to share the core principles and practices with others. Jane has worked in health and wellbeing for over 25 years and is a regular practitioner of mindfulness and meditation.
If so, this course could be for you. Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an evidence based 8-week training programme designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion.
